Dax Ladd Hallows entered our lives December 6, 2011. I will tell the birth story later (because I am having issues with the camera and pictures) I just wanted to give an update on what has been going on in our lives since last August.
We came home from Dallas last year and had a blast in the fall. We put in a yard, we went camping, we went fishing, and spent time with family. I got really huge really fast with the baby belly and was anticipating impatiently for our new baby boy. Finally, Dax came one day before his due date! I was extremely ready for him. We enjoyed him and before we knew it Christmas had come and gone and it was time to get to work for the upcoming summer. Well, sad news fell upon us when we found out Platinum went out of business but we quickly transferred over to Vivint. (Thank you Platinum for the job and all the fun memories…we really loved it!) So now we are currently in Charlotte, North Carolina. We like it here and the climate is much more mild then Texas! Ladd is managing another office and things are going well.
Here is an update on Bostyn:
Wow! What can I say about this vibrant little girl who can make my heart melt more than anybody else can and who can also make me more mad and think the unthinkables of anger towards a person! She is such a fun girl who is learning so much everyday. She is a smart little girl and surprises a lot of people with her cleverness. She is a good little helper most of the time. She can clean up her room by herself, she is learning to make a bed by herself, she sometimes will clean up the entire family room with the help of me telling her where to put a lot of it. She has started doing chores, such as getting the trash, and unloading the silverware. She is just growing up to fast and I don't like it but it is fun to see how much she changes as time goes by.
She just had a birthday and is now three years old! She gets so excited about everything. Some of the things she loves:
- Spaghetti'os….cold.
- Swimming
- Anything that we are eating
- Movies
- Dora
- Princess stuff
- pillow pet (can't sleep with out it)
- stories
- running
- DANCING…nearly every friday we go listen to live music and she will dance and she is actually good:)
- Her baby brother Dax…almost too much
- She loves attention
- Nursery
- Loves to Draw on paper and herself
- Puppies
That is all I can come up with right now.

4 months: Rolled
5 months: ate his first solids

- His Binkie
- To be tickled
- To watch us play and to be played with

He is so fun and I love him so much! I love having babies around. They put off such a innocent sweet spirit into our home and I am so grateful to be their mother!
